Jinya Ramen - Reston

Great ramen place that I frequent all over the USA. I always get the vegan flying harvest with as much black garlic oil as possible!

I don't believe there is anything authentic about the kubustofu in the ramen, but I was extremely satisfied with my flavorful and hearty pork ribs. I also sampled their curry while waiting, and it was delicious. While they offer three vegan ramen options, it's more like 2.5 as the vegan tantanmen and/or char siu can be a lot to expect from a chain restaurant. However, I would suggest adding a shoyu ramen to their menu.

I absolutely adore Jinya! The Flying Vegan Harvest is delightful, but the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen has become my new favorite. The Vegan Bungalow was also quite tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant overall.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Rabenplatz in the USA. I always order the vegan Flying Harvest dish with extra black garlic - it's delicious!

I recently dined at this restaurant and tried the new dish featuring bamboo shoots. It was a great option for Veganuary. I highly recommend it.
