Burgerchips - Reims

We stopped in here for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We knew that a lot of the restaurants would be closing soon (around 1430), so it was our closest, quickest option. Our group was comprised of 4 adults (2 of whom are vegetarians) and 6 children. The restaurant has an ample fast food menu consisting of pizzas, burgers, tacos, paninis, doner kebab, and kids options. Everyone one was able to find something they liked. The thing I would like to highlight is that one of our vegetarian friends (who is a non-French speaker) unknowingly chose a pizza with meat on it. When they brought the pizza out and he saw the meat, the staff replaced the pizza with a salad for free even though it was no fault of theirs. They even gave us a takeaway box for the pizza. They were very gracious considering the circumstances. The food was tasty but it won't knock your socks off. I'm giving this restaurant a 4 out of 5 for their excellent customer service.

Tacos super good and well garnished. The cheese sauce is excellent. The reception is great young people are welcome, hold the door... Very nice and polite vendor and server. The place is clean and the tables don't nickel anything to say great!

Burger and Chips the best experience! A warm and friendly welcome. The kitchen is magical, very tasty and the seasoning is perfect! I haven't had that much food in a long time! Very good quality and affordable price. I keep a very good memory and I'll go back there without hesitation.

Good restaurant for lunch break. It's perfect between colleagues. The person at the crate is very nice. I loved the Burgers house. The only one pulls a lot of noise with the students and it is very difficult to find a place by car.

Discovery during confinement following a desire for kebab (frites and genealogical digestes, and homemade bread). We also tasted the pizzas that I find excellent: a thick bread dough, and not the trendy carbonized cigarette sheet in recent years, the mozzarella in base and a generous garnish! An efficient and functional control site, no surprise on delivery: the estimated time is always the right and the dish is hot! And online payment works perfectly. Thank you for these good calories!
