Sette Posta - Redfern

The restaurant is consistently crowded during lunchtime, especially around the hot food area. Customers are often ignored by the staff, leading to frustration and long wait times. Because of this, I have decided to stop eating here. A simple solution would be to implement an "order here" sign at one end of the counter with a designated staff member taking orders and payments, and a barrier to create a clear line for customers. Another sign indicating where customers can pick up their food would also be helpful. It shouldn't be difficult to improve the management of a busy café like Setta Posta.

Sette Posta is a fantastic place to enjoy a sit-down business breakfast, morning tea, or light lunch. The croissants and toasties are consistently delicious, with a variety of salads, wraps, sandwiches, and hot food options available. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the coffee is top-notch.
