Do not order from there. Staff are rude and unprofessional. My pizzas arrived late and it was cold. The delivery driver clearly stated that he was a first order before delivering mine. Rather acknowledging the mistake and poor service the man on the phone started arguing, trying justify his point that he made the food. I repeated several times “why should I accept cold food, do you want me to be get food poisoned?” He was not even paying attention. I just hung up, as he had no sense of customer service. Do not order from them. There are plenty pizza places in the local area.

The food is always great and the service is fantastic. Thank you guys and keep up the tasty food and happy faces.

They are very very rude and don’t have any manners of customer services. I ordered home delivery on Monday They didn’t deliver the full order and took full price from me. Since Monday whenever we rang them to refund the money (for chicken which wasn’t delivered) they kept telling us that we were busy and we will refund you the money later on.They kept fooling me around for 5 days. When I went to their shop to get the money on Friday, they simply denied that they owe me anything (which they agreed on the phone) and the conversation between us get heated up and he started abusing me and giving me physical abuse as well. I only went there to get my money back obviously I won’t go there again or buy anything from them And don’t recommend anyone to eat/but from these theives and squanderers. They are the biggest thief in Goodmayes.

Seven Kings Griller: It 's a real shame as the food here is pretty decent. The service however is absolutely terrible if you 're a black customer!! I must be a glutton for punishment as I have returned there even after previous occasions where the service has been less than ideal! There have been times where I have gone in there and been ignored, to the point where you have to ask if anyone is serving. When I do eventually get served I am not afforded the same hospitality as the European or Asian customers! This has been an observation on a few occasions, there is no please or thank you , and you 're lucky if you get any eye contact. Which all bodes to feeling you are unwelcome being black! Today I got the same lack of courtesy from one of the Indian women serving...no how can I help you or anything of the sort, just a blank stare! I made my order and gave her my money in her hand. She got the change out of the till and just set it down on the counter close to where she was standing! I said to her: I gave you the money in your hand ! She looked startled and scooped up the change and put it in my hand. This appears to be a common theme in a lot of the Asian shops when serving black people! It 's pretty sickening and needs to be exposed more, especially considering it is not us who are the real enemy! It 's disgusting that the likes of me spend our hard earned money in your shops and you treat us like outcasts...utterly disgusting!!!

Wouldn’t recommend it here. Tables were filthy. Service was poor. They would ask you what do you want? Then answers the phone. Then serves the person seated. For a quick bite I wouldn’t recommend this place
