Pinocchio's - Randwick

Really slow service, almost an hour waiting for escape, had to ask for menus too. eating was not bad, but could do with more taste, def not wait the long, everyone was frustrated. we missed another event because of the time we all took our meal. only plus was the value of the New Year's menu and the price.

I love eating in pinocchio, its big and some of the best authentic italian around. but this is the second time that I was where I had to wait for an hour until the main thing arrives. it was quite obvious when others who had ordered before us got their meal and we didn't. the waitress seemed worrying and never came to us while we were waiting. When our food finally arrived, we asked for parmesan and the waitress to forget by first serving other tables. it was a Wednesday evening during Christmas and maybe the service was a little bit unlustered, but I saw the place busily. I'd like to come back, but if it happens for the third time, I'll take my business elsewhere.

It took a ridiculously long time to get even water, and when I told them that my friend did not stop coughing, and they began to freak out, they said, I'm sorry, there's a bit of a back protocol. of water?! they lost the perspective of customer experience and a really simple thing like customer comfort was sacrificed in a complicated way. everything took a strange long time to get out. they seemed to be underoccupied in the kitchen and in the bar for a Friday night. the food was in order, but the service was so bad that it kept my experience.

A good restaurant with a large menu. great place to eat before or after visiting the local cinema.

Love coming here one of our fav italian resturants and fav place at the spot.
