Cava - Raleigh

This place was filthy. By the time I got there, the rush hour was over for lunch. When I approached the area to get service, the young ladies all seemed to have had an attitude as if they did not want to be bothered. You would think since they had down time that they would have cleaned up the work area. Food was everywhere, and they were off in the corner talking. No one bothered to replenish the food that had been used, so a lot of the trays were empty, to the point that they were scraping the bottom of the container just to get serving. Over by the area where you are to fix your drinks, it had an unpleasant smell. I don't know if they are not mopping the floors at night, but it smelled pretty bad. No one had been over to the area to wipe up some of the mess that customers made. Stuff was everywhere. It's as if no one took the initiative to tidy up the areas.

I recently visited a restaurant and was impressed by the excellent customer service provided by the cashier. Kyesha Scott greeted me with a smile when I entered the restaurant and promptly took my order. Throughout the transaction, she was courteous and professional, patiently answering all my questions about the menu items and recommending popular dishes. She also informed me about any special deals on particular menu items and made sure to clarify any dietary restrictions I may have. As I was paying, she thoroughly explained the items on my receipt and how they corresponded to my order. She also thanked me for stopping by, wishing me a pleasant day. I appreciated her attention to detail and genuine interest in making sure my experience at the restaurant was enjoyable. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of customer service provided by the restaurant cashier. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and overall friendly demeanor made for a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant will definitely be my go-to spot for future visits!

I went to this CAVA. It was my first time and I was a bit unfamiliar. Shara (I hope I have her name correct) took the time to explain every single item on the menu. She even allowed me to taste each item. She was the most amazing person I've ever met in food service. She was so kind. She even comped my meal because it was my first time. I tried to leave her a large tip but she wouldn't allow me to do it. She was beyond wonderful!!! I'll be back just for her.

Highly recommend eating here! This is always the place I come to eat when I'm recovering from an illness or just tired of the other fast food options in the city. Its real, healthful, and delicious food worth your money. Also love to see a place that cares so much about sustainable food sourcing and waste reduction. If you can come here over any other restaurant, come here.

Amazing atmosphere and the people are very friendly. I was having quite a bad day but the smile on the faces of the staff there cheered me up. It's a well-managed place, everything is so organized, so clean, and the food is so tasty. Highly recommended!
