Hardee's - Rainelle

I have never placed an online review, but unfortunately I am now. The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. In fact, I almost pulled out of line to go somewhere else. We rarely eat out, but my husband decided he would bless our family by giving us a special treat. It’s a shame to spend your hard earned money and get treated so poorly. Kindness is free and is the best quality an employee should have.

Food was terrible, cold had no mayo or catsup.this place has really gone down hill in the last year

The ladies there are always very nice and funny. The food is great and rarely wrong. Very seldom do we have to wait very long on our food. I will say Hardee's used to have much better food than they do now it seems. I still enjoy it though.

Hardees, also I got a promo sticker on my chicken sandwich?? I'm not sure what that means but hey another sticker.

The dining experience was disappointing, and the service was definitely lacking. This is not going to be my favorite place. It’s hard to get to due to traffic, and the food deserves a rating of 1 out of 5.
