Subway - Queens

The restaurant only did a partial job. They forgot everything except for the sandwich.

I didn't enjoy my experience at this restaurant because there was a homeless man sitting across from me who was eating things from his skin and hair. It made it impossible for me to eat my own food, so I ended up leaving. It was really disgusting, and I had seen him there before but chose not to go in at that time. In retrospect, I wish I had opted for a different place again. If he's going to be there regularly, I won't be dining there again. This situation is bad for business; who wants to witness something like that while trying to eat? If I were the manager, I would offer him food but ask him to leave. I was truly disappointed by this experience, and it was quite stomach-churning.

I walked by Tuesday Wednesday around 7:45 PM and saw an elderly homeless man there both nights. It's really unsettling to witness this while eating. I can imagine that the Better Business Bureau would be very interested in hearing about this. I will never return to this restaurant. If they allow this, I can't help but wonder what other issues might be happening there as well.

The staff is very friendly, and they are quite generous with the portion sizes. I absolutely love it!

The young man serving was very patient knowledgeable about his job,made my sandwich even more delicious.
