Roost - Pullman

The quality, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant are excellent. It may be a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing and delicious, the best I have ever had. The drip coffee is always fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The coffee was smooth and not bitter, and I really enjoyed their avocado toast with scrambled eggs.

Looks like Pullman has another coffee shop. It is very nice to come here recently and feels warm but modern with the renovations they did. And how do I know it's a café again? Many of the local Pullman people I use to see in other places at all hours of the day are now here. It was like an unspoken reunion and it thrills my heart. Coffee is good, fairly consistent and tastes the best right when they open.

The first time I came to this coffee shop and loved it! I had not expected to be so spacious and also a lot of seats loved the vibe and the coffee was soooo good!

Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! Their house made syrups are so fun to add to your drinks! Cherry cold brew and piña colada matcha are my two favorites. Not to mention their baked goods are the best in town in my opinion!
