Burger Time - PRATO

Really good pizza. Particularly liked the Sausage one! Additionally, the service was very nice. The daughter of owners speaks English which made it easy for us :

One of my favorite places in Prato! Whole in the wall garage style homely pizza place with a real wood oven. There are several rooms across the road where you can seat. Or just take the pizza away as I always do. If you are not afraid of not perfectly clean places and love real home Italian pizza — you won't be disappointed.

Ok, so don't let the bad brand name dissuade you. The pizza here is excellent! You can watch their amazing mama prepping the pizza right in front of you. You can choose whatever toppings you want. The set up is a bit weird as they will sit you outside to some other adjacent buildings. But the main focus is the pizza, just pizza!!! It's really amazing! Oh in case you're wondering, there are no burgers here.

Good pizza, right cooking. There was a nice appetizer that I haven't tasted yet, but I think I should try, it inspired me a lot.

The burger time pizza is simply perfect: material of first choice, classic and original pizzas all very goose. Since I'm no longer a boy, I'm also careful about digestibility, and all these pizzas are excellent from that point of view. What do you mean? alive
