Whoever hired Carmen should have their head examined. She is the worst person to talk to . She has no compassion, very mouthy and rude. Definitely no management skills. When you call her out she then hangs up on you. Won’t even give the name of her boss as she knows she is in the wrong. I’ve seen nothing but bad reviews on her and not sure why she is still employed. I was only trying to get a w2. Experience was so bad with that that I will never step foot in store nor let anyone I know work there.

Went there tonight and ordered my food at 6:30 waited till 7:00 and asked how much longer as I have seen several of customers come and go, guy tells me it'll be another 20 minutes, I told him I've already waited 30 minutes he then said they only had 2 fryers going. I told him I've already watched several customers get there food, and on top of that they no heat in the building. Got my money back, screw that place
