Rosati's Pizza - Crown Point

Went in alone while my fiancé was having a meeting. I Was seated and it took 10 minutes to get water, never got a menu. After another 5 or 10 minutes I was told that I had to eat at a buffet of pizza that was half eaten and wasn't fresh. I said that I wanted to order they dismissed my wishes. My first and last experience with this place. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Food is good and that’s only saving grace. All Phone orders are handled by a call center. And it seems that neither the call center or the employees in the store can read an order ticket. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We love Rosatis pizza and have been a loyal customer between Schererville (Burr/30) and Crown Point locations for 10 years. But the location in Crown Point has the absolute worse customer service regarding remedying issues and 50-75% longer delivery times than originally told upon calling. Then when you call to make a complaint to management, they put you on hold for over 15 minutes to wait you out. Extremely rude and have zero care about their reputation management. I feel bad for all the delivery drivers that work for this terrible franchisee. Stay away!
