My partners pizza stuck to paper, gently disgusting. And my pizza was undercooked. Rude staff who don't care. Generally a horrible experience

Night in on my own so I thought I would treat myself to a pizza and some garlic bread. All ordered and paid and then watch the progress on the tracker. The food came out of the oven and took over 30 minutes to arrive, by which time it was just warm and quite rubbery. I got an email apology and the of £5 off my next order. No good to me as there will not be another order.

Disgusting hygiene levels and total lack of customer service . Staff not washing hands throughout process, bike driver sweating and cutting pizzas in outdoor coat. Manager shouting at staff who to only want to help Do not use.

Don't understand what all the fuss over these pizzas is to be honest. First time we've had them and will definitely be the last too. Arrived promptly and still hot but they were pretty much tasteless apart from a very salty sauce. Hardly any actual toppings. Overpriced,overhyped rubbish

I called up to Speke to the manager who was very rude and very disrespectful he told me to F off as I told him I wanted a refund and hung the phone up on me I called back and asked to speak to him again and they told me he had left the building I have to say I don’t understand how this man runs a store the pizza was cold my order was wrong and he is nothing but a nasty man who has the attitude of a teenager I have ordered with them before and I spoke to a lady called Sarah who was lovely we’re has she gone
