Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered a large iced Americano, but they gave me a medium instead, so I pointed that out. The staff member responded rather rudely when I questioned the coffee. She then took the medium cup back, poured the same coffee into a large cup, filling it only halfway and topping the rest with cold foam.
While I was waiting for my coffee, I observed a guy working the grill area. He was incredibly quick and seemed to treat it like a sport. However, I couldn't help but notice that he was picking up the egg patties and breakfast sausages with his bare hands, which didn't seem appropriate.
Usually great service; however today, October 19th about 8:18 am, the outer door as usual was unlocked but the inner door leading to the lobby was locked from what I could see there were at least 5 employees, no need for them to be locked today, theywere not short staffed, and many fast food or drive up windows don't accept customer orders from those on foot. Needless to sayone very highly irritated prospective customer here, and I'm a regular customer.
I do Uber deliveries and had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I received an order at 10 PM, but when I arrived and mentioned the order, the only staff member there informed me that he couldn’t fulfill it. As an Uber driver, I need to stay on site if an order can’t be completed while I call support. While I was on the phone, he proceeded to serve two other customers. The Uber support team called the restaurant to verify that they wouldn’t be making the order, but the employee didn’t answer. I was placed on hold as I was told my support agent would be trying to reach them again. Meanwhile, the Dunkin employee walked around and stared at me through the window while ignoring the phone. Not only did I lose potential earnings, but he also impacted his own business negatively. If I could give a rating of 0 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would.
Honestly this Dunkin is always a hit or miss. I ordered the same exact thing 2 days in a row and it was good the first day the second day it was not. For drinks being priced $5-6 Dunkin needs to do better training, they are trying to have Starbuckspricing without Starbucks consistency. Half the time you have to go to the front of the store to wait for items which isn't abig deal but they usually forget things and have to make multiple trips.
