Beach House - Port Macquarie

Very poor experience… average food and expensive. Service was extremely bad and comes with a free serve of attitude. Wine comes in plastic glasses… abysmal

This restaurant review is about a newly styled Australian pub, located in a historic-looking hotel. They serve a delicious chicken schnitzel dinner, and also offer holiday accommodation upstairs for those looking to stay overnight.

We ordered the Ultimate fried chicken burger and 3 250g sirloin steaks with different sauces. We were very impressed with the tender steak and the generous portion sizes of the meals. The meat was cooked perfectly and there was a good balance of salad and fries. The service was quick and the staff made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything else. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant on our next visit.

Very quiet venue, staff very nice. Hubby had steak with mushroom sauce vegies I had Barra with salad with a little to much dressing for me.

This restaurant is fantastic for dining. We enjoyed dinner there a few times and have also visited on a previous trip.
