Sublime Restaurant - Port Douglas

We recently dined at Peppers and have been here multiple times. The food was exceptional, with an interesting menu and delicious dishes. The atmosphere is very laid back and the service was excellent (especially compared to our previous experience in Port Douglas). It would benefit from some live music during happy hour to enhance the ambience, but overall the food is top-notch and exceeds expectations. The chef is new and this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

The food at this restaurant was fresh and incredibly delicious. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It is highly recommended to make a booking in advance. The cocktail making lesson was fantastic, and we were served by a great staff member at the pool. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

Having dinner at Koko Poolside Bar was a delightful experience. The service was excellent, the restaurant was not overcrowded, the food was delicious, and the price was very reasonable.

We tried to lunch and decided to book it for dinner. quite relaxing from the crowd in the city try to get a place in the already fully booked restaurants. the menu is interesting, short hand orders can be made near the magnificent pool,. smiling staff and thank the chef who went to serve us a mix of sweet not on the menu. some employees could not be experienced, but hey, they smiled and pleasantly not the case at many places in the city) the young cordrbart with Spanish accents was so beautiful. would come back

We have just enjoyed a most relaxing and enjoyable long lunch. Amazing attentive staff allowed us to stretch out our share plates over hours with drinks between. The poolside relaxed vibe, low volume music and view was beautiful. The chill environment was met by an...equally delightful share plate menu. The chips were the best we have had in Port Douglas and the moist and tasty Beef sous vide melted in the mouth and fell off the fork. Finishing with the deconstructed lemon pie dessert . A divine chilled afternoon. Thanks to the chef and kitchen staff for such a lovely meal.
