Contribuiți la feedbackThe food was delicious, but the portion sizes were a bit small. Additionally, the price of $9 for three slices of bread seems excessive, with a profit margin of $8.90. The desserts were tasty, but not as described on the menu. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
Nice setting and friendly service. Food was really tasty, Poe belly entree really nice and big serving, kingfish needed a bit more flavor. Lamb shank special was delicious!!
It took a while to be seated as the waitresses were extremely busy. our drink orders were wrong twice but were quickly corrected. Our waitress was exceptional and very efficient. The food was flawless - fresh, tasty, and creative. The restaurant setup was beautiful with cane chairs, although they were a bit tricky to move. The food took a while to come out but was well worth the wait. There was a lovely bar area with plenty of seating. Despite a few minor issues, I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Melaleuca was the highlight of my dining experience during my week in Port Douglas. Despite being fully booked, they were able to accommodate me for lunch. The service was outstanding, with a friendly and attentive Welsh waitress who had only recently started working there. The food was exceptional, particularly the pork belly entree which was served in large, delicious chunks. The seafood pasta was also amazing, filled with generous portions of prawns, cockles, fish, and squid. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Melaleuca.
Very nice ambience. Comfortable waiting area with served drinks was nice. The variety of wine and menu is adequate and have all been great! The spacing of when food arrived was perfect. The crispy shrimp and beef tatake was my favourite. I can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu especially the beef cheek. The owner Nahmee is very friendly and so is everyone but we really enjoyed how V shared with us her knowledge of the wine pairings and enticing us to come back to try their lunch menu.
