Town Bagel - Plainview

I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but I've decided to stop coming. I'm not sure if it's a cost-cutting measure, but they no longer serve enough cream cheese on their Cream Cheese Bagel. You can hardly taste any cream cheese at all—it’s just a thin smear, similar to how you would spread butter on a bagel. This has happened repeatedly. It's just not worth paying $5 for a bagel with cream cheese when there's hardly any on it.

The Best bagels in Long Island by far. Always warm and fluffy. The sandwiches that they make are one of the best in ny state you won?t be disappointed.

Their quality has gone down drastically. I order here on a daily basis. Was my go to bagel spot, but recently I?m having issues ordering here. Just within the last week, I?ve had issues with two orders out of four. The quality is not the same. This is whatis now considered a bagel with cream cheese.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding! I ordered an everything bagel sandwich topped with lettuce, tomato, and cheese, while my wife enjoyed a pumpernickel bagel with scallion cream cheese and lox. Although the line appeared long, it moved surprisingly fast. These are some of the best bagels on the Island!

I consistently experience terrible service from Victor! He took my order several times and always seems irritated whenever I ask for anything. This morning, when I requested napkins while checking out, it was clear that he was very annoyed by my request. He needs better training or should consider another job if he doesn’t want to serve customers. Dealing with him has definitely put a damper on my mornings.
