Dunkin' - Plainfield

We come here at least once a week and lately the food quality has gone down really bad. The last 2 times got hash browns they were burnt beyond :

Worst service ever. Gave them a chance to redeem themselves and waited till after 4 visits to even post- they dropped the ball every time from slow service with 4 or 5 employees standing around and talking instead of moving the line and getting people out, to serving a different coffee other than what I ordered to my final visit where they lied about having made me a coffee fresh and I was given old, stale coffee that bit me harder than I bit it. Had to pull back up and return that. Won't go back

The atmosphere is nice. The food was okay. Services were great ?. ICED MATCHA LATTE has barely any matcha in cause it was topped off with ice.

Drive-thru mumbles, Walk-in loses track of mobile orders.I only go to this location about once a month, and they've incorrectly made the orders 3 straight times.

First Dunkin ever to charge for an ice water. Never been charged at any other dunkin for an ice water except here. Wow. That’s messed up.
