The Root Cellar offers a wide variety of vegan options on their daily menu, and the chef/owner shows a keen interest in experimenting with new and innovative dishes. As a vegan restaurant connoisseur, I have found that the vegan dinner specials on Mondays are exceptional, rivaling those of even the best vegan restaurants. In addition to these specials, the everyday menu also includes other delicious options like a bahn mi sandwich and veggie burger.

Fantastic eating every time. the menu changes weekly, what I think is brilliant. only at the bottom they are not enough nights open to my wife, and I try to escape all?. please check the menu. they will not be disappointed. chef sera is a rock star in the kitchen!

We enjoyed this point of rotation to a simpler menu very much. the chicken sandwich and the Vietnamese duck were excellent. there is room inside and outside, and the outside is nicely heated. it was good to get back to the room, we didn't have one.

Great food. we look forward to the middle of the week every week to see what comes on the menu for the weekend.
