Contribuiți la feedbackI had a disappointing experience today. The food was served cold, the fries were old, and overall, it wasn't enjoyable.
Every time I visit, I always request two honey mustards, but sometimes they only give me one. This time when I placed my order, did they even ask? I specifically said I wanted two, but I only received one. Why is that?
I inquired about my order, and the manager came over. She instructed one of the staff to retrieve the item I was missing and handed me the bag without an apology, as if my presence was an inconvenience. Before leaving, I checked and realized I was still missing something. When I brought this up, both the manager and cashier questioned my claim, so I showed them my receipt. Once again, another bag was tossed my way without any apology. I don't believe that the customer is always right, but as paying customers, we expect a certain level of service. On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean and most of my order was correct when I got home—though I did receive the wrong cookies. Unfortunately, I didn’t go back to address that.
Sometimes they close earlier than the website says. Your passing will tell you that they are closed when they are actually open. They say nothing until you ask if they are really closed. They want you to go. Then they wanted more money for honey mustard than I didn't get in the window with my meal. Last 3-4 times I was thinking that they didn't contain the sauce and/or have a bit messed up and I had to ask for it again. They are generally not friendly. Not anymore.
The service was good, but I would think that with it only being tow cars in drive through they could get my order right. I didn't have time to take it back because I was on my way to a doctor appointment. Please learn to listen and give people what they order.
