Flair Restaurant Wine Bar - Chapel Hill

My mom and I visited my daughter at UNC and we wanted to find a great brunch place that we all enjoyed. I was looking for a few places and Flair seemed to be the best option. We have made reservations because we were not sure if they were busy and we didn't want to wait long. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome. The decor was clean and welcoming. We sat right at the place of our choice. Once our waiter sat shortly after the discussion about specials. We quickly chose our meals. We ordered 2 types of quiche and the special short ribs served over a bed of geese and a beet salad. We also ordered baked goods. There was no complaint at our table. We really enjoyed our meal and the service was excellent. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely return to Flair.

In any case. So I'm a bit torn here. Eating was excellent. service was ok took 2 hours when we left, there were only 4 other tables sitting. the staff was knowledgeable, but eating and the leak forever. we had awarded the Greek huh, lobster ravioli more on this later, crab cake special excellent and the short nativity special excellent. the lobster ravioli said it came with skalopps, lachs? and other seafood proteins. I guess the proteins were cut very fine into the red sauce when I couldn't find anything and saw the ravioli itself and the sauce was delicious. Actually, I got the court just to see what it was when it looked like a very complicated court. my question here is two folds one I feel it's very expensive for what it is in a strip mall eating lion parking place and the menu was everywhere on the board it seems 's a steak house burger place with a few fried rice dishes to appear a fusion restaurant. they try the decor is a bit done marble statues in curse to the bathroom? they have many gluten-free options so that's good. then the prices were 200 for 4 with the only alcohol 1 glass of a cheap wine. So we will try again, I would suggest to try it, but be select in the menu choice and be willing to pay.

Visited several times and greatly enjoyed it. All items in the menu that I've tried are good, with the singular exception of the bread pudding which was dry. The drink specials areall good and a couple are quite creative. Stand out menu item is the pineapple upside down cake, which i now get every time i go and is worth the trip by itself.
