After helping a friend move in the scorching heat, we were hot and sweaty and in need of a good brunch. We decided to go for the drive-thru option at KFC Northway. Since this location is right across from Nando's, where we had a long wait last time, I was mentally prepared for a lengthy wait. We ordered a couple of combo meals, and it took about 20 minutes from placing our order to receiving our food, as they had to prepare more meals. The food arrived so hot that my poor friend commented on how hot it was! We went to another place while a family member wanted something different. While waiting at the other restaurant, we started digging in, and the food was still hot and delicious. I will definitely be back!

A wonderful place to be. Staff trying their best though busy. I so wish KFC would reduce oil in their chicken

Thanks for saving us with good meals, but we are more worried abt the waiting period, please guys try to make it faster so that we wont wait that long esp in the evening. Kind regards

I ordered my meal and extras. Instead of giving me the 10 piece chicken which I had ordered and paid for I only received 8 pieces. This isn't the first time that it had happened to me. I still have the slip and I did try contacting them but no response. The phone just rings. I am very upset about this. KFC at Northway Mall in Pietermaritzburg. Please stop robbing people.
