Excellent service from the manager nonjabulo who went out of her to make our visit unforgettable. eating was good combined with the experience expensive well made to the team.

Brought a big group of teenagers to the Spur on a swimming weekend. We were well looked after, friendly waitresses who were not stressed out by the large party with all their various requests. The teenagers were happy; you know what you'll get when you visit a Spur.

Food was ok.service was terrible .we waited forty minutes for our food.It took ten minutes for the waiter to come take my order. Definitely will not be coming back to this restaurant anytime soon .

Poor service been there on Sunday for some drinks and some starters . Waiter was more worried about her phone then our drinks witch took 30 min when the food came is didn't have a cloth too carry it she use a brown bag to carry. One of the managers passing I had too ask them for sugar I do vist thus spur alot one of my favorites but Sunday I was disappointed even the coffee n hot chocolate was not up too standard remember a little attention to detail goes a long way trust me I been in the hospitality industry my whole life

The Scottsville spur has bad services. I've been here more than once now I know for a fact that this spur has poor customer service expecialy if u are a certain race. Food took an hour to get to us. Food was cold soaking in oil, burger buns were falling apart I'm 100% sure u wud never serve that to a white or Indian customer, dirty floors. I rate Scottsville spur a 0 don't go there. The stuff keep running and rushing to the same people while we sit for hours Un attended.
