Intimo is a small, secluded restaurant in Panama. Upon arrival, you find you are at a pastry shop, but the restaurant is hidden behind a gate in the driveway. The food and service are spectacular, with a group of culinary artists that will tickle every sensation in your mouth. From a tongue tantalizing bowl of clams that are cooked with corn in coconut milk, to the orencchiette pasta with lamb ragu with a finale of delicious baby back ribs and fried chicken (the best I have eaten anywhere), you won’t be disappointed. Intimo is a destination that should not be missed on your next visit to Panama city. It will certainly be on my return-to list.
