The Boardroom: Board Game Restaurant Bar

This place is great! Many board games to choose from and an excellent menu. I tried fried pimples, Porky Pig's Nightmare and Cheesy Corn. The cheese corn was pepper heavy, but delicious. The nightmare was delicious. The sweet crunch of the apple slices really paired well with the trio of salty meat. There are many other elements on the menu that I would like to try (and a few drinks). I will definitely be back! #Ecommended

My friend and I just stopped not knowing what to expect. This place has a great concept. Board games you can play as long as you want. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The food was also delicious. The bar had a great variety. You can bring someone here. It's great for families, groups of adults or it's a great date idea.

I really hope this place can beat the curse of this place. I liked the concept and the food was decent with a wide selection of beers available. Hopefully it will catch up and they will be able to redesign a bit to make it more about topic. (It still has elements from previous restaurants. Board game selection looked good. We stayed here in a mood and had our toddler with us, so we skipped the games this time. We plan without coming back and trying out the experience with games.

The first time here tonight and I will definitely be back. The staff is friendly, the concept is amazing, and the location is great. You do not expect to find Roman and from the box concepts in Overland Park, I can spend the whole family playing an afternoon here games. The $5 fee is a bargain for the library of games they offer. I had one of the best **** Mary’s I had in Kansas City. This place deserves to have our local support, the situation is new and I am really glad that I fed my curiosity and stepped inside.

We've been here a couple of times with our family and love the experience. The selection of games they have is phenomenal, the staff is kind and knowledgeable, and the food is delicious! The only complaint we've ever had is if your there for a while playing games sometimes the waiters forget to come check on your drink refills so you have to go to the front bar and get one. The ability to try out new board games before buying them in a great environment far outweighs this slight inconvenience!
