The foie gras was the best I can remember having. It was wonderful.
The seared sea bass over crab risotto was excellent with actual chunks of crab in the risotto! Bass perfectly cooked. Sadly no free dessert for my birthday companion but the tarte tatin made me swoon with mouth ecstasy. Highly recommend.
