Red Lobster - Overland Park

The usual poor service. No one asks if you want a refill nor more butter n sour cream. Love the food but MORE training etc.

Liked it, hadn't been in over two years!, Did was good, more pricey then I remember though, my waitress was fantastic!!!

Worse experience at this restaurant last night! Waitress was so rude if it was up to me I would’ve left but my friend really wanted the shrimp, the scampi was so chewy and rubbery! Red lobster has gone downhill!!!!

Very slow service. Took 15 minutes to just get drinks and biscuits and have our order taken, then didn't see the waiter for another 30 minutes, the the food didn't come out for another 30 minutes. The food was cold.

Terrible service, food was decent, but service was really bad. Would not recommend this location.
