Mi Ranchito - Overland Park

Jesus is the only saving grace for this establishment.The amount of employees I watched standing there doing NOTHING while Jesus did EVERY SINGLE THING.The manager Manny was no help what so ever but decided to stand there and stare and talk trash on customers and watch TV on the clock hovering over everything that Jesus was doing. Not bothering to acknowledge Jesus needed help and or correct the behavior of the other staff and enforce help for Jesus.Also I witnessed Manny put money in his pocket so be wary when tipping your servers and hand it directly to them. He is the saddest excuse of a manager I have ever witnessed.Jesus if you see this the job offer still stands.

We got a brand new waitress, so I'm giving her a break. But the food was outstanding as usual. I love this place. One of my favorite mexican restaurants!!!Kid-friendliness: Great kids section on menu

Mi Ranchito is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the KC metro.There is a ton of space to dine in inside and they have an outdoor patio to eat too.The menu has a great variety.Their chips and salsa are good.I always order the carne asada with rice and flour tortillas. The carne asada was juicy.The place wasn’t too busy.

Yummy as always. Only one thing I would change. The mango was a little unripe in the salad but the rest made up for it.

Was there 3 weeks ago and used a new gift card. Went back yesterday to use the remainder of the card and was told it was empty. I'm thinking the original waiter drained the card, but they say there's no way to fix it. It all seems very shady to me. I won't be returning.
