Trattoria Dell'orso - ORVIETO

Oh my goodness I can't still believe that we had such an amazing and tasteful meal. The place is gorgeus, the service the best I ever had. Quality supreme, wine just perfect. We had our accomodation in Rome but we decided to have a day trip and Orvieto was easly to be reached by train. I look on TA to others places but I am sure this was the best choise ever. Try their tartare with truffles, unbelivable!

Charming quiet location with absolutely the best pasta with mushrooms and truffles I’ve ever had. Rack of lamb was sublime and delicious. Service was friendly and attentive.

Great place. Personal service. Vegetarian friendly. Had the zucca gialla flan as a starter followed by beans, potato and greens soup. Super on a cold winter day. Ordered the vegetable side but wish the server had told me it was the same mix as the soup. Disappointing. After lunch local Amaro was great.

The restaurant deserves its call. eating was simply perfect and the staff very attentive and friendly.
