Febo Officina Del Gusto - ORVIETO

Beautiful place and beautiful maid and available. febo is a microbrewery with kitchen and careful selection of bottles. very nice to stay under the vicolo plants, Spanish atmosphere, close to the sculptures of the michelangeli laboratory and the beautiful emma shop with dolls games and backpacks French Nordic style. good beer but unfortunately appetizers for almost nonexistent aperitifs. My opinion is that it took a small selection of something special to take five stars.

Everything perfect, very kind and attentive to the needs of the customer, delicious food prepared with quality raw materials and then the local is really super cared and youthful! great list of wines and beers!

Only positive notes for this place, starting from the courtesy and preparation of the owner, to the kindness of the staff, up to the excellent quality of the products, including beer of own production.

We stopped for dinner and chose to dine upstairs. very nice, modern trattoria, which produces craft beer and offers traditional dishes, some revisited in a moderate way. kitchen on view. the prices are exposed, detailed and, in my opinion, adapted to the quality of the service offered. maybe just a little long for full dinner (about 2 hours in our case)
