When you read reviews of this restaurant you mostly see comments about the underground caves. What people are missing is some of the best Orvientane food in town. I had the best rabbit in my past 4 weeks in Italy, possibly the best in years. The antipasto, fresh pasta and the deserts can not be missed. I think the dining experience first, then the tour of the caves makes this the best place in all Orvieto. Well worth your time and money.
