Very good restaurant. It's all right: tickets, dishes, desserts. It is an astute mix of good, taste and presentation. We loved the carpaccio of the lobsters, the eggs to the girolles, the hot foie gras, the loins of calf, the royal daurade and the purée, as in Robuchon. An address to keep preciously.
We went to the family and went out enchanted. Everything was good, no false note, a warm service and a simple and refined cuisine, with a lot of taste I will come back as soon as I get the opportunity
A refined restaurant or everything is good under the rustic eye of the goupil (renard) to the plump tail. The carpaccio of shrimp with passion fruit is divine thanks to a multitude of different and balanced tastes. The purée is exquisite and accompanies very well the kidneys and calf ris. To finish the pistachio and cherry is goutu and appetizing with several interesting textures.
A real fox, that Goupil! Superb kitchen (ham and reddish pizza, a delight, St Pierre excellent), very good service. You've got to do it again.
