Zaffran Indian And Takeaway - Newcastle

My colleagues and I had a lovely, relaxing dinner thanks to the accommodating staff and chef. We ordered the banquet and it was delicious and they catered to our individual needs without question. Will definitely be taking my family there. If you love Indian food, then you’ll love Zaffran, Newcastle. Over ate, what else can I say.

The restaurant itself is exceptional, not only because every meal we enjoyed have a variety of options and were flavorful but also because the prices are so reasonable. They serve homemade goodness of traditional Indian curry. They also serve cocktails and wines that go perfect with your dishes. Thumbs up for excellent customer service!

Absolutely enjoyed my first visit here! Moved to the area recently and have been scouting for a 'local ' that we love. Found it tonight when we visited Zaffran. The food was the absolute bomb The Garlic and Chilli Prawns were delicious and also had a zesty fresh salad as an accompaniment. Large serving and plenty for two as an entree. Moved on to the authentic Butter Chicken and Fresh Garlic/Cheese Naan. Probably the best Indian I 've had, even better than my local in Sydney. Do yourself a favour and try this quaint and authentic restaurant. You know the food is great when the Chef wanders around mingling with customers asking for feedback. We 'll be back. Delish!
