Bad service. I went through the ride this morning and after I ordered my grilled bowl, I opened it and there was no cheese in it, so I went back, but this time I went in and told the person who worked there that there was no cheese and did not apologize or anything. Then she called the manager and they took my bowl, left it there for a while and then the manager went to put cheese on it, but once he gave it back, it was already cold and he did not apologize. After my receipt, it says extra cheese and they didn't even put cheese on it.

I've never complained about Chik fil eating. Service was so slow, felt bad for the children who worked there, they were very busy. I'm waiting outside for my lock, I finally went in to get it. The Doordash type and I had a conversation about how slow the service is today, he was there before I came and was still there when I left. The Pommes were terrible, I never said anything about the Kfa. They were over boiled and taste less.

Manager Christine was so rude. She did not say one word to me. No apology, nothing. Got my refund but will never go here again. Her energy was awful. Shocking because they are always so nice but this lady needs to go home. She obviously hates her job.
