The Original Hot Bagels - Wilmington

The service took an unusually long time, and the place had an unpleasant smell as if it had been ransacked. I've been enjoying bagels for longer than this establishment has been around, and if you visit any Jewish deli or Italian bakery in New York, you won't have to wait long for your order at all! Unfortunately, the bagels were flat and more stale than what you'd find at Dunkin' Donuts, which is hard to believe. I also felt that there was a lack of courtesy and consideration. The eggs they left out all day were concerning as well. On top of everything, I was charged over $11 for a tuna order placed online, which felt outrageous. I've really had enough of this place.

The staff here either don’t seem to take their jobs seriously or struggle with remembering customer orders. Every time I've visited, I've received incorrect or incomplete orders. The customer service is truly disappointing.

I can't count how many times they've messed up my bagel sandwich. I've had to wipe off American cheese from my bagel on multiple occasions, and there have been times when I've had to skip eating my bagel altogether because the ingredients were completely wrong. Reading instructions shouldn't be that difficult.

Went here for fresh bagels and a poppy seed with sausage, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. The prices aren’t cheap however the quality is very good and the bagels are very fresh. While not made there they are delivered. They have lots of cream cheese varieties and cold drinks and coffees. It’s a great weekend treat

Love the freshness of the bagel, you don't even need to toast it cause is so fresh and amazing cream cheese choices along with great service with great coffee.
