Krispy Kreme - New York City

The restaurant opened two hours late! There was only one person working, and the donuts didn’t seem fresh or warm. They didn’t open until 8:15 a.m., which is frustrating. It's surprising how service can deteriorate in communities of color. This doesn't reflect well on Krispy Kreme.

This doughtnut shop is as “Krispy” as their name, with clean floors, smooth , friendly staff and most thankfully.. working outlets ??

On WORLD KINDNESS DAY, I was very disappointed with my experience at this Krispy Kreme location. The store misled customers who came in expecting to receive a dozen free glazed donuts as part of a promotion. I was informed that the 500 boxes had already been given out in just two hours of opening! Instead, each customer was handed just one glazed donut along with this untruth. I had intended to collect the donuts to surprise my granddaughter's class, but it seems the surprise ended up being on me. Krispy Kreme has lost my family's business for good. While I love their product, I cannot condone their behavior!

The restaurant lacks sufficient seating and never provides napkins.

Horrible!!!! Hot Light is never on, they close early when they're not supposed to, and customer service is decent at best!!!
