I ordered the Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait, and it was disappointingly watery, with the yogurt completely separated. The salad I received was very small, and the bacon was drenched in grease. Spending $10 on that salad felt like a total waste.

The salad I received was quite small, despite having ordered a whole one. Additionally, the lettuce was not very fresh, as I had to remove several brown leaves.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Avoid ordering from this Panera. The food was not fresh at all. The Mediterranean sandwich was incredibly soggy and not made properly—it was downright disgusting. The mac and cheese tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time; it was neither hot nor the creamy texture it should have been. I was extremely disappointed. Instead, order from the Panera in Williamsburg; it’s definitely worth your money. To top it off, I didn’t even receive my French baguettes, which I was looking forward to having with the mac and cheese. It seems that the staff don’t take the time to ensure orders are correct. I would give this place even more negative stars if I could. My girlfriend and I just wanted some good food, but that didn’t happen.

Just know that this sandwich was super tiny. I am so glad I was reallly hungry and ordered two. One sandwich was good, the other had a small amount of chicken lumped in the center

I will never understand why only a handful of rest gets my order correct each time. Panera is definitely one of the handful. Every single time, my food/drink is delicious, my order is correct, they send napkins, straws utensils, cream cheese, etc. I sure do appreciate the fact tgat they really pay attention to filling their orders.
