Jersey Mike's Subs - Nashville

I ordered a Mike's Famous Philly and drove home, which took less than 5 minutes. When I got home, I found that the bread was soggy and not crispy at all. I called the restaurant, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I’m really disappointed and don’t want to go back anymore. I've been to several Jersey Mike's locations and have never had bread like this before.

I can't believe what I'm seeing—there are 12 to 15 people waiting in line inside. That's unfortunate for you because I'm not going to come in!

I usually love this place, but on my last visit, the guy placed the bread on my sandwich right on the counter with the wrapping paper next to him. It doesn't seem very hygienic, and I'm not sure why he did it right on the counter instead of on the paper. Please use more sanitary practices when making sandwiches.

Exactly what was expected! Taste was consistent, facility was clean and the service was fast and friendly. Can't ask for more.
