Contribuiți la feedbackIf we come from Chicago to call this Italian, it's a tragedy. I'll check every place I'm going anywhere. 6:40 reservations party of 3 Es from gnocchi and steak on a Saturday night. Carpaccio meat partially frozen (they did not allow to warm enough to in the middle and the only drizzles some mustard Mayo, no quail egg, capers, small few pieces of cheese. Beet salad with honey walnuts, goat cheese, balsamico. was served without nuts. The requested server called the nuts. Caesar Salat was ok, but the Crouton was so hard it took 2 hands to break it in half. It was 6 inches long. The Ravioli was delicious very small. The pasta my wife ordered, she asked for no tomatoes, the server said that she didn't prepare it all in advance. Well, when her plate came, it had 2 pieces of tomatoes in ie well large enough to have taken out. So either the boss (or not a cook maybe just kitchen help. choose to be lazy or really it doesn't matter. So my plate consisted of meatballs, sausage spinach and Alfredo (which they don't have, but said they could make it. I asked because I can't eat pasta. When I dropped the food, my wife needed cheese for her pasta and butter for our bread. First don't order sausages it was the size of breakfast sausage and tasted nothing like it. The meatballs are not made by scratches. They had the taste and texture of Prepack Hi-salt heavy filler meatballs. Then 1 desert ordered a cookie and ice cream and our server came with raspberry and said were out. Then take it away. We went to the Nashville location and were very disappointed. decided to give the western location a shot. If your pallet is well trained on all levels of food flavor from sliders to beef Wellington. This place won't fool you. For everyone else, you'll never notice. This place should have 2 stars.
The prices were for what you get. The food moderate and service blah.
The restaurant itself was not very nice, with an old and dark atmosphere. A couple at another table even opted to move their dessert and wine to another location due to a loud group nearby. Following their lead, we also relocated. The food was mediocre at best, and we were disappointed to learn that there was only one cook in the kitchen, limiting our options. Throughout the evening, we observed the hostess sitting at the front on her phone, seemingly uninterested in helping out with basic tasks such as refilling water for tables nearby. She never once got up to assist another customer.
Best place in town. But don’t go there so it stays a hidden gem.
There was a hair in one of our dishes and half of our group thought their food was bland. Overpriced for small portions.
