Burger King - Nashville

Ordered a breakfast MEAL. I repeated it three times because the guy wasn’t paying attention. Only received the coffee and sandwich, no hash browns. When I brought this to the attention of the manager and the person working there, they said there was no way to fix it and give me the meal price, I would have to pay more than three dollars for separate side. Why should I have to pay extra for the mistake of the staff?

My nuggets didn't look burned but they tasted horribly burned as if the oil was off or they didn't clean the fryer properly. Drive thru took forever.

Very bad customer service and the food is awful! They need to be shut down asap!

Fuuuick your self check in. U office idiots think most working men have soft lotion hand that can finger fuooock a machine screen all day.. 30 clicks and only 1 burger out of 9 we needed. We left and went to another place and gave them the $82

Why would you advertise on your sign that you are now open till 12 AM. Get there at 11:15 PM and they say they closed at 11 pm because they are short staffed. Thats like me telling my lenders I am now paying off loans and when they call telling them Im sorry I cant my paychecks arent big enough.
