Denny's - Napanee

I recently discovered that the bourbon burger I used to love at this place is no longer available. It seems that the quality has gone downhill here, as the burger no longer comes drenched in bourbon sauce like it used to. While the seasoned fries are still top-notch, the overall experience has become average. On the bright side, the staff is incredibly polite and friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere for dining and unwinding. You can enjoy your meal at your own pace without feeling rushed, and the booths are very comfortable.

Quick Pit Stop off the highway... The bathrooms were clean with disposable toilet seat covers available. The restaurant has an open concept layout with a convenience store attached. They offer breakfast favorites at affordable prices and the service is excellent.

I recently had one of the best breakfasts in a long time at this restaurant. It was so delicious that I ate the entire meal, something I can't remember the last time I did. The food was filling but not overwhelming, and everyone at my table also cleared their plates. I highly recommend checking out the photos to see for yourself.

My friend and I attended Denny's on a busy Family Day Monday and had the pleasure of being served by Dylan. She was very pleasant , attentive and had a great sense of humour. We really enjoyed chatting with her when she took our order and checked on us throughout our time there to make sure we were all good. We both had the French Toast Slam and it was really good. I also enjoy that no amount of maple syrup is ever enough as Denny's provides a full bottle as opposed to portion packages that are a pain to open and are messy. The manager was also seen making rounds and asking each customer if everything was to their satisfaction. I even saw him bussing tables which I thought was admirable. It was nice to see that he was not just there for presence, but rather was helping out the team. Overall experience was great. If you get a chance, ask for Dylan. She's super cool. And...don't forget to grab some Cinnabon on the way out. We could not resist.
