Loaded Pierogi - Napanee

The service was excellent. The cashier was incredibly helpful and assisted us in choosing what to try. The food was quite good overall. The pierogi were a bit bland on their own, but the toppings were fantastic. The Texas bites, in particular, were exceptional.

I drove from Belleville to try the loaded Pierogi today, and I was really impressed! Everyone was super friendly, and the customer service was excellent. I even found a nice surprise in my order! I will definitely be coming back. You really made my day. Thank you so much! <3

I'm a bit uncertain about how to rate this place. It was my first food stop in Canada, though not by choice. The food was tasty, but the portion sizes were quite small. They served the loaded poutine in takeout containers that weren’t even filled to a quarter. I ended up paying $20 for an appetizer. I ordered the herbivore meal, but it was missing half of the vegetables that were supposed to be included. Overall, it was good; I just wish the portions had been larger.

Girlfriend saw this from the street and immediately wanted to try. Oddly enough, it was the one time we didn't look at reviews. When you walk in the menu looks incredible. We thought we made an excellent decision. Unfortunately it didn't take long for that to change. The cashier seemed like she was having a bad day. The food was cold after waiting a very long time for it! Our cheese didn 't even melt. Onions weren 't fried (as stated in menu). Thick cut bacon seemed to be readycrisp bacon. And a lot of the menu was unavailable as they were out of BBQ sauce at 3pm. The restaurant captured our attention because it was an interesting concept, perhaps things will improve in time.
