COCO Cafe - Nanaimo

Highly recommended. Be prepared to wait a bit for your meal as the staff may also be training new employees. However, the delicious Brie grilled sandwich is definitely worth the wait. Make sure to try the best cinnamon rolls on the planet if you arrive early enough. The coffee is excellent and the staff are friendly.

This café is situated in the Cedar neighborhood of Nanaimo. We stopped by for coffee and a snack, but ended up getting sandwiches for lunch instead. The food was delicious, however, surprisingly the Americano coffee was not up to par.

My spouse and I joined another couple for breakfast at this restaurant. Due to COVID restrictions, we were unable to dine inside. Instead, we placed our orders at a window and waited for them to call our names when the food was ready. The outdoor picnic tables were situated on a slight slope, and if we needed to use the restroom, we had to go to the supermarket in the parking lot. Despite the inconvenience, the Bagel egg sandwich was absolutely delicious, although I must admit it was quite indulgent in terms of calories. Overall, it was a tasty meal worth the splurge!

I'd check this restaurant so well. We had to order outside the restaurant. forgot our food in container and no service. Pricy for a take out and what you get at least for us. I ordered eggs and ash brown. our food came... in a take-out bag no spices to go with my eggs. The food looked very nice, but potatoes lubricated as if it had been cooked the night before and fryed pan. to order. was dry and hard rubbery. Love for local support, but was disappointed by my potatoes.

Excellent, all handled very professionally considering the times we are living in right now, had to pick up our meal in Nanaimo but excellent timing
