We often visit and had no idea you offered a happy hour, as it was never mentioned to us before. We appreciate your exceptional service – you do a fantastic job and have a great rapport with your customers. The food was also excellent!

I had a fantastic evening at BWW with family and friends. Our appetizers arrived right away, and the dinner—featuring Bacon Cheeseburgers and Asian Zing Boneless Chicken Wings—was prepared just as we ordered and served promptly after we finished the appetizers. Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. The soft drinks and Moscow mule were regularly refreshed, and the overall service was impeccable.

Overall, everything was absolutely excellent. However, my bride found her dish a bit chewy, although it was flavorful. The service was fast and friendly, and the cocktails were fantastic. The dividers between the table areas could use some cleaning, but it wasn't unpleasant enough to ruin my meal.

There was no Yuengling on draft, and there were no lunch specials available. If you want to boost your customer traffic, you should always offer lunch specials, regardless of the day of the week.
