Pinkberry - Monrovia

Each time I've visited this restaurant, it has been a disappointing experience. I had a "free" birthday reward, but the owner informed me, "We've recently adjusted our prices, so it will be $0.55." Why would you charge for something that's supposed to be free? It's clear that you don't value your customers, and this will definitely be my last visit. To make matters worse, the item melted during the three-minute drive home at 9 PM in 60-degree weather. Unbelievable! I won’t be returning and can't recommend this place. I suggest you try Yogurtland down the street instead.

In my view, Pinkberry offers the best frozen yogurt around. The quality is simply unmatched. This location is impeccably clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. My wife and I tend to visit almost every week during the farmer's market on Fridays.

We've had some disappointing experiences at this location before, but my family often returns because they love the flavors at Pinkberry and this is the closest one. However, tonight was the worst experience we've had. The owner was on site, and he seemed to be counting every single drop of yogurt. We ordered two medium and one small yogurt, spending almost $20. The cups were only filled halfway, and it felt like the toppings were being counted too. When my wife asked for extra coconut, they wanted to charge an additional 75 cents! I ordered mine with no toppings, yet I was charged the same price as if I had toppings. Pinkberry is already overpriced, but we didn't mind paying for the good yogurt. Unfortunately, the owner's attitude is not helping the business. We've already seen three changes in ownership, and I suspect there will be a fourth soon. We definitely won’t be coming back.

Original is my favorite with almond toppings. Place is nice in old town monrovia

The pomegranate flavor was something different :0 tasted like nothing ive ever eaten before... great yogurt place!
