Bb's Cafe - Covina

If you know the expression, the cook put their foot in it... when food is good... At BB 's, they put their entire leg in it! (I 'm literally doing the Stanky Leg dance) The food is a throwback to Georgia Louisiana flavors, and so is the hospitality. The catfish was light and crispy. The greens were cooked well with the slight notes of smoked pork. The Mac cheese was balanced and cheesy, not heavy or greasy. The waffles... oh my the waffles, it 's a must try! BB 's makes Roscoe 's look and taste like Clifton 's cafeteria food... so much better. Such a diamond, I doubled my order TO-GO. Now you know, so GO!

Great food, the chicken was hot fresh made to order very crisp, the green and mac n cheese also full of flavor. The pricing is great as well. And the two young lady's who own the business are very sweet I also love how they take time to package your food and even cut out an air vent in the box so food stays crisp

Baby listen, the food is good! Chicken, YES!!! Greens, YES!!! AND I don 't know what the hell she 's putting in those hush puppies , but I could eat a bag of them.

Really good breakfast! Customer service was really good! Coming from the central valley and not knowing what 's good around in that area! Fast service! The regulars pointed to us on they 're known for.. I got the breakfast burrito with Hot link 's! Next time i would like to try the chicken waffles.. My boy 's loved the bacon waffles.

I ordered the chicken wings and collard greens to go. The chicken was drumettes, not wings, and the chicken wasn't done on the inside. The greens was just okay. When I asked fir some vinegar to put on the greens, I was told they had never head if anyone putting vinegar on greens. Most Southern and soul food restaurants have vinegar for you to put on your greens.
