Captain D's - Monroe

I would give this restaurant no stars if I could. I ordered a fish and shrimp plate cooked country style and a fish and chicken plate cooked regular style, but they cooked both plates country style. To make matters worse, the fish and shrimp plate had no shrimp. I also requested unsweetened tea but received sweet tea instead. I can tolerate mistakes with the food preparation, but serving a fish and shrimp plate with no shrimp is unacceptable.

The food was excellent and the service was good. We also discovered some new appetizers and desserts on the menu!

Love some malt vinegar on their fish!! Their hushpuppies are awesome and the slaw is good too!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I had to wait 20 minutes as a walk-in customer, and another person who arrived after me received their order before me. This was not fair at all.
