Contribuiți la feedbackAmazing experience food wise! Owner/manager was professional in handling a difficult situation with a rude customer and offered us free food. We did not take the free food but was a kind gesture! Will be coming back next time I'm in the area.
I read an article that stated the Spicy Asian Q sauce was the number 1 sauce to get at Wingstop. I tried it along with my usual Louisiana Rub and man o man were they right. Amazing flavor. The fries were extremely hot this visit and delicious. 10/10
The food is always amazing!! BUT........ I had a huge order and asked for some Garlic sauce on the side and got home and there was none so my husband was pretty upset that they forgot to put it in bag and he had to eat his plain. And for a $50 order we didn't get a family size fries. It was barely enough for 2 people.
This was the first time that I have ever ordered online and it seemed like everything was going to go smooth. Was told that my order would be 14-20 minutes. I arrived around 18 minutes to first be greeted if I was dine-in or carry out. Luckily I was online carry out being all walk-ins after me were told that Wingstop was not taking any dine in orders. Apparently there was only one cook and one girl taking orders and bagging. I understand the cooks frustration as he had over 10 orders in front of him and no help but he made it very vocal inside as well as I literally watched 9 people get turned around from wanting to dine in. As far as me being a business owner for 34 years, I found this very unsatisfactory and feel that it really falls on the management and owners. I'm sure the two nice guys that I got to talk with in the waiting area were not thrilled waiting for 35+ minutes either and when they will return again. Two gentleman who I believe were cooks and were probably 25 minutes late for their shift finally got aprons on and I think maybe things started rolling but for the people a half hour before me and a half hour after me, Hmm. Good wings but fries were cold before I even got to the parking lot. Good thing that I have a great toaster over at home. Good food as a whole but we all know if you don't have good service, management or owners, it can be the death of a business in the future. This seems to be the common topic about the Moline location. Would be a great location for Undercover Boss!
UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an online order at 6:54PM last night. Email said it would be ready 16 21 minutes. I got the the restaurant at about 7:15. It was very busy so I waited in line about 5 10 minutes to pick up my order. Once I got the the counter I gave the cashier my name and she looked at tickets and told me you can have a seat. It hasn 't even been started yet I said oh really?! she just said yah They were extremely busy so no big deal. I was just surprised it hand been started when I had ordered 25+ minutes ago. Finally, when the man that ordered in line right in front of me in line came to pick up his completed order I got up to ask if she could check to make sure she received my online order because he ordered long after me. She checked and it was sitting on the counter. She said it was bagged incorrectly with a delivery sticker and that 's why she didn 't see it. I ask how long its been sitting there because I expected it to be ready when I got to the store and if it was we don 't want cold food. She told me I could check it and whatever was cold they would remake. It was all cold. Now the bigger issue she called the one of the cooks over to discuss remaking and he pointed the finger at me like it was my fault. He was angry. He accused me of being late even though we both explained I had been waiting forever. At this point it is nearly 8pm. He wasn 't understanding so I said I would just take a refund. He seemed so angry I didn 't feel comfortable with him remaking my food anyhow.. He told me he would call the general manager tomorrow about the refund. Again, he was so mad I thought he probably wouldn 't so I just said forget it and took the food and left. Their fries and ranch are my fave but I wont be ordering here again.
