Taco Bell - Mobile

Lobby was closed, but there weren't signs and the staff were rude and cursed and my family. Really sad experience.

The cashier's are always a little short with me here, but overall it's an ok place to eat. Their food has needed some improvement for a little while now but it's a place that stays open late that has food I like. Overall I give it a 4 outta 5 stars.

Just pulled up to the outside speaker get told they can't take my order but only door dash and mobile order like wtf ok so I ask can I order it u going bring it out she like nah I can go park order it then get back in line like wtf they got this all screwed. once agian so after i waited and paid $100 for my food on door dash pick and pull back threw the line the girl n her manager telss me they not taking orders anymore even after i make them acknowledge they just told me to do this to take my order and nothing just went off the intercome no comment do not go her this place treats you like ur worthless and cant hold up to there own word how they have gone downhill might as well close the location we could have a better service from another im sure

Just had a door dash order from here at first they told me they was out of eggs than told door dash customer service breakfast was over my customer order at 9:55 I arrived at 10:17. Not this poor man has spent his last that was on his card and will not receive a refund for a few day's. So I'm my way to pick him something up with my own money we have a lot of older people that use this app so please keep that in mind.

I ordered a zimtwunde with my order, the cassian tells me to raise for my order as a whole. she repeats the order in the window, so I ask her if she has the cinnamon twist that she then returns and says that after closing the window we can add nothing in the window and run my card. I'm like I said with my ordering on the order screen and the answer is well received that we didn't hear it. if I weren't so tired, I would have canceled the whole order. it costs nothing extra to be nice and less to be reasonable. it is not the customer's fault that they have not heard a part of an order. I could see if it was something that had to be done, but seriously a twist bag! I will not be back to this place. taco mommas taste 10x better for the same money. but for the sake of convenience, taco bell was the choice to only be treated as I am a problem and I spend my money at their location. really happy for them that I was not a secret loading thief. the load would have had a very low point for rest alone.
